Grok Repo/Path Release Tasks

Release the grok repo + path with badges in place so people can update them via pull requests if they want.

• Stage all badge files per attendee
• Figure out repo access requests (could use Github repo invites api?)
• Write agent-friendly onboarding instructions
• Create tutorial link with step-by-step instructions
• Create auto-deploy script for pushes to main branch (PMX CLI on GH actions runner)
